At DTLR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the items are in sellable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the return label over the old shipping information, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
